Hi folks!

I think its time for gnujsp 1.0.0 to be released.
jsp:plugin and taglib won't be included but added later.
jsp:plugin probably as a bug fix, 
taglib support in the next major release.

If someone has a real need for jsp:plugin NOW, please tell.
If someone has an example to contribute, please send it now.

I would like someone using apache on windows to take INSTALL.apache
and edit it for windows use. Starters are confused by unix syntax
and I would like to add another example. Please help!

Wes, can you put the MailBean/JSP posted earlier in?
