There is a problem in GNUJSP 1.0.0 with aliased paths (like ~sachin).

Please download the latest snapshot (199911050900) and use that instead.

Note to brave testers who do not use JServ or Jigsaw or are running Win32: I'd
appreciate it if you would try this snapshot and let me know if anything
breaks.   Webapp!, vqServer, Paperclips... any takers?  Email me or the list.
