No. It's gnujsp not being able to find the jsp page.
Pre 11.11. versions do need pagebase in some situations, the current
version should not need it. If you would have need for "multiple pagebases"
1.0.0 can't deal with it, current version should.
Running the testuite will provoke that error, so please
try current snapshot.
