can not find org.gjt.jsp.prop.JspMsgRes_en?


Hello:
using apache 1.3.9, Jser 1.1.3b and gunjsp-1.0.0 on redhat6.0. try 
http://localhost/examples/hello.jsp. get internal error. check error_log, it 
said can not find can not find org.gjt.jsp.prop.JspMsgRes_en. What wrong?
