Brad,

I have tested the current release code, and there does not appear to be any
problem with an included JSP page session session information, nor any
problem seeing query params.  Have you tested with a current snapshot?  Your
code appears to be based upon very old code (for example, your patch starts
around line 580, but in the current code it is around line 780.

Please test against the current code, and if there is still a problem let's
look at it based upon that source.
