Operational configuration.

This setup works, at least from initial testing.
Some inspiration if you are working with this platform.

Linux Version 2.2.13-4mdk (i686)
Apache/1.3.11 Ben-SSL/1.38 (Unix) ApacheJServ/1.1 configured)

JSDK version 2.0
jdk 1.1.7B from blackdown.org

ps.  If you have everything configured properly, & are getting JSP file
not found error, verify that your 'scratchdir' is read/writable to the
user apache is running as.  This may save you the hours & clumps of
hair I spent figuring this out.
