One problem: The check for changes of included files will fail if
using dontusepagebasehack.
If you find other problems, plese tell.
To Wes, Noel:
I will probably change the default behaviour back to not use
the pagebase from the apache properties.
That will break some automatic dependancy checks for changed
files. I will try to fix that part, too.
But first I have to check it with actual apache and jserv.
