Recommended actions:

Move following jars from the repositories (alphzone.properties)
in the classpath (jserv.properties):
  wrapper.classpath=/usr/local/gnujsp/lib/sax2.jar
  wrapper.classpath=/usr/local/gnujsp/lib/openxml-1.2-w3c.jar
  wrapper.classpath=/usr/local/gnujsp/lib/aelfred.jar 
  wrapper.classpath=/usr/local/jdk1.3.1_01/lib/tools.jar
 
Add following jar in the repository (alphzone.properties):
  repositories=/usr/local/gnujsp/lib/gnujsp10.jar

Make the parent directory of the scratchdir
writable to the user that runs apache.
(See mod_jserv.log)

Last comment:
  If you wan't/need more help I would recommend that you
  follow these steps before you send log files:

  Stop the server
  Clean the logfiles
  Restart the server


  This way it's much easier to see the relvant log messages, and not
  messages that are caused by problems which are already solved.
