AW: tag libraries

The CVS tree contains an experimental support for taglibs. 
(Havn't tried it)

More than that you won't get in the near future as the 
main maintainer of gnujsp has cancelled his work on 
gnujsp and the call for volunteers to continue this
work by Nic Ferrier had AFAIK no impact.
