This is not "supposed" to be a bug, but you are the second person to
encounter a problem with this code.

To make things even MORE interesting, both reports have come from
Germany! Are you guys drinking something special over there that
we should know about?! :)

Could you do me a favor? Could you please send me the "projects.txt"
file from your home direcory? Also, please indicate the directory
tree up to your working directory so that I will know what the paths
in the file are relative to your disk.

Since this is the second report of this problem, and since it appears
to cause problems for the German folks, and since I have a lot of users
in Germany, I would like to nail this bug in 4.7.4 is at all possible.
