jCVS thinks my entire project has been modified

A few days ago jCVS started marking all my files red, and thinks I've
modified everything.  I have released the project and checked it out again,
no change.  The project is quite large, and takes some time for jCVS to
upload everything, cvs to diff it, and then transfer back the one or two
files that have changed.  This has not happened to anyone I'm working with,
just my machine.

Anyone know what happened?  How to fix it?

Using jdk117 on WinNT, cvs server is a linux box. jCVS v 4.7.3

I did recently install jdk 1.2RC2 - I noticed that the appearence of my
components changed, probably the result of a change to a dll (well, that's
my guess).
