Failed to open socket to connect to CVS server...

Hi,

I receive always this message.

Solaris 2.5 (server)
with solaris 7(client) : checkout => OK
                                Create new module => NO (message
Failed....)
with Windows 95 (Client) nothing, always message Failed.....

Can you help me.
