NTFS Issues

Have tried the jCVS 5.0.7 Beta (very nice!) and seem to have problems possibly
under NTFS. I myself run NT 4 SP4 but with FAT and do not have any problems. Two
of my colleges run NT4 SP4 but with NTFS. We all have the JRE 1.2 installed. Now
when they check out a project jCVS shows all the project members with the red
file marker - indicating they have been modified (I presume?) and need checking
back in. Attempts to check back in does nothing (as expected). File status
reports not locally modified. If the file is locally modified its status changes
(correctly) to locally modified. Subsequent check ins will correctly check the
modified files back in (and just the modified ones). So basically everything
works OK apart from the red file marker thingy. I repeat on my system (FAT
based) the file marker thingy works correctly.

Any comments?

Regards
