^M (again)

I know this was discussed previously in the list, but I've not got the
messages anymore, so sorry for those of you who have already gone over this....

I have code checked out into a unix machine. When I use the old version of
jCVS, I don't get any ^M characters, but when I use the new one(v5.0.7) I
do. Someone set up our old jCVS to get around the ^M problem - what do we
have to do to get the same behaviour for the new version of jCVS??

Thanks,

Peter.
