If you are talking about converting your VSS repository to CVS,
then I was in the same position a while back and could not find
any resources to do this. I ended up using the pvcs_to_rcs.pl
Perl script as a starting point and basically rolled my own.

You are welcome to our implementation if you like. I actually meant
to post it to Cyclic or some general CVS newsgroup for general
interest but of course never got around to it. We've had no problems
with the converted  sources, but naturally there are no guarantees.

I'm currently using MS SourceSafe.  It contains a rollback feature allowing
to rollback to the previous version of a given file.
I'm migrating to CVS (jCVS).  I would like to know any way to do so.
