[jcvs] Wrong file disappearing

Tim, I think I tracked down how to expose the bug in the UI I mentioned
last
month where the wrong file appears to be deleted in the UI.

You can make it happen if you first *Add* a file to the project window,
then delete a different one and commit...

I will try to track down an exact case
