Edit Preferences --> Actions --> Verb Commands.

This configuration is stored in your ~/.jcvsrc properties file, which is
a good thing to backup occasionally.

There is no such feature in CVS. I do plan to implement the "cvs co -c"
command, which will list the definitions in your CVSROOT/modules file.
