Hi Mattias,

I think we have narrowed it down to the fact that Goffredo was attempting
to use jCVS in "local" mode, which it can not do since it depends on the
client/server protocol. Goffredo is now attempting to configure his server
to allow remote mode access.

Thanks for pointing out the case issue, since Windows users often forget
that UNIX is case sensitive.
