[jcvs] [jcvs]Problem Replace Log message

I'm having problems to replace log message of one revision whit  jcvsII
5.2.2 in WinNT. 
I'm using then comand admin ( RCS Admin Command )  "admin -mrev:msg".
I prove for example  -m1.1:new comment and the output is :

cvs server: while processing more than one file:
cvs [server aborted]: attempt to specify a numeric revision
 
The command encountered an error.

I prove too "new comment" , 'new comment' `new comment` ´new comment´ and
the result is the same. 
Only new_comment works properly.
 
Can anyone help me ?
