[jcvs] resurrect file problems -- again

I haven't solved my previous problem, when I try to
resurrect a file (getting its content and re-adding
it), CVS server generates this error:

failed to move `D:/CVSReps/ ... /xxx,v' out of the
attic: Permission denied
I checked file permissios, they're ok.

I've read that it
has been a big bug of cvs server for NT but has been
already solved...
The server is the last version running on Windows 2000
(CVSNT 1.11.1.3
rc2 (Build 55)), but i got this problem with version
1.11.1.2(build
41) too

Can someone help me?
