[jcvs] [jcvs] mailcap.txt & mimetypes.txt - how and where they should be

Hello,

please assist me in creating a mailcap file and a mimetypes file, so that
I can define how to direct jCVSii interface to open files with various
extensions. Would you please send an example of each file to
andreas.perdios@lidl.de and state exactly how they should be named and
where  they should go. Can it go on the server so it does not have to be
installed/copied to each client?
