Hi,

Sorry tim, it works fine.

The problem was the history file (log.pl,v) has read only. I changed the mode into exe mode(i.e, chmod 777 log.pl,v). Then, it works.

I cannot explain why your file mode keeps getting reset.
Is it being "checked out"?
