Implements a UNIX Syslog application.

This package implements a UNIX Syslog application that allows any Java capable computer to be a syslog server. This application is the equivalent of 'syslogd' under UNIX. However, this application is far more powerful, in that it shows logs in windows, allows grepping log messages for specific messages, allows messages to generate email, play sounds and even invoke Java classes for futher processing!
