Basic FontChooser implementation.

Deceptively placed in the framework package, FontChooser is an implementation of a font chooser dialog box, which is not dependent upon the framework package.

FontChooser provides sample text so that the user can "preview" their selection. It does not however implement color, as this is handled in the framework itself.
